I’ve drawn Catwoman in the past, but I decided to take this approach a bit more cartoony. Enjoy

Here’s a cool video series where the video creator takes a look at Batman villains across time. Starting with the comic books made in the early 1900s, this series extends all the way into the most recent films. Above I’ve included Scarecrow, but below there’s also Mr. Freeze and Bane. I’m surprised the creator never made a video with the Joker or Catwoman…I haven’t had enough Batman in my life recently, so I’m thinking of picking up The Long Halloween or The Killing Joke.

There’s a lot of people giving heat to the Dark Knight Rises for the plot holes. Uproxx had compiled most if not all of the alleged plot holes and sarcastically answered them back with reasonable explanation. How did Bruce Wayne get back into Gotham? How did Scarecrow become the judge if the people chose everything? Check out the sarcastic answers [or maybe even just see what all the plot holes are] at the link.

As I stated before, I’ve been thinking of getting into comic books. Some of them include cult favorites like Watchmen and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. But one I’ve been told over and over again to read by everyone who’s been blessed with reading it, is”The Killing Joke”. From what I hear, it’s what Heath Ledger took to when he was trying to get into the mind of the Joker. Besides from that one, UGO has compiled a list of some of best Batman comics out there.

My Catwoman is finally done. It took a while, and I see flaws all over it. But I’m exhausted over this project. I’ll definitely be keeping things to smaller scale for a while. Later today, I’m going to post my article about my step by step process of drawing this, so stay tuned!

I’m not Superman. I’m not Captain Amazing. Hell, I’m not even an artist. Some drawings take more than 1 week to draw. Simply because you need to maintain your own sanity and take a break. So I decided to go ambitious this week and try a more detailed sketch of Catwoman. Turns out this took a significantly longer amount of time than I anticipated, so about 5.5 hours later, I was only done with the basic sketch. That leaves out the tedious detailing, the coloring, the shading, the gleaming, and the blending. There’s a lot left to be done, but I’m fairly proud of my voluptuous version of the cat burglar myself. Hopefully the finished result will be featured next week.

Now Playing: Batman: Arkham City – Game of the Year Edition

Last week, I got Batman: Arkham City – Game of the Year Edition. I had bought Arkham Asylum earlier this year for a super discounted price, and I completely enjoyed it. Taking down foes with your advanced tool belt and unmatched combat skills is one thing, but being the Batman at the same time where you take down infamous criminals from the Batman universe makes this even better. So when Arkham City was released, it immediately gathered attention for potentially being one of the best games of the year and eventually did by many credible sources. I was going to buy it a couple of months after it was released, but when I caught wind of this version with all the DLC and an included extra DLC would be released in late May, I simply had to get my hands on it.
