There’s something soothing about combining the innocence and general happiness of Disney movies and mixing them up with gritty and rather violent movies. We’ve featured Game of Thrones, Lion King, among many others here before that all feature iconic and lovable Disney characters being lip dubbed to saying brutal and unforgiving things. Well we’ve got another here that features a much more similar plot line to it’s graphic counterpart. Taking Nemo features Finding Nemo and Taken in a mixed up trailer. It’s very fitting considering the similar plots of having children taken away from fathers. The trailer’s pretty badass and having the contrast of Marlin turning from hesitant father to Neeson-badassery is all around awesome.

From Cracked
Smart actors play the same character in every movie. Arnold Schwarzenegger was savvy enough to find a performance that worked for him early in his career, and stick with it. But more skilled, show-off actors like to pretend to be different people in every single one of their movies. We asked you to show us what it might look like when those actors occasionally forget which person they’re pretending to be.

Action scenes make our hearts race, jaws drop, and eyes fixated on their well-done choreography or awesome CGI. UGO has compiled some awesome action scenes ranging from hand to hand fights to metal on metal collisions. Check out this video laced post and complain here if they missed anything lol. My complaint is that they don’t really include any Chinese movies with awesome choreography, but that’s okay, I’m sure there are dozens of lists that I’ll post here that involve best Chinese choreographed fights.

[edit] I’m late with the video commentary, but here it is none the less. This is a clip from Life’s Too Short, a BBC turned HBO show, that I wrote about a couple of weeks back. It’s a hilarious cameo by Liam Neeson who goes to British comedic geniuses Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant as he tries to tell them he wants to get into comedy. Naturally Liam Neeson has no comedic chops, but his deadpan delivery of taboo topics ironically makes him hilarious in this clip.

The Chive has created this awesome graphic giving you reasons to not take his daughter. With Taken 2 coming around the bend and the original Taken not being horrible, there’s decent reason to start getting excited. The graphic below gives you lessons based on Neeson’s career as to why taking his daughter is a horrible idea. My favorite: He Trained Batman
