I recently stumbled upon a video of an early tech demo for the upcoming Resident Evil game and I don’t believe that I have ever been more disappointed with a developer. The amount of time and effort that went into making RE one of the greatest survival horror stories of all time just went into making it another generic third person shooter with a bulky protagonist. I’ll probably watch what happens to Chris Redfield and crew on YouTube since something tells me that I won’t be rushing to stores to pick it up. I’m fairly certain it will turn out to be a worse disappointment than RE5 was. Link to the video is included above for those of you that want to see what I’m talking about.
